Tritech began as a lab equipment service company in 1987, founded by service engineer Mark Circo, who believed that customer-centric service is what set Tritech apart. When we first began our journey into the market to challenge the monopoly that OEMs or original equipment manufacturers had in the marketplace. After lots of industry research, Mark realized that an ISO, or independent service organization, could work on the equipment of the OEMs.
We know what you’re thinking. With OEMs monopolizing the market, how was TriTech able to break through? After the backlash that we were “not authorized” to work on OEM equipment, we continued to build relationships with laboratory customers who own OEM equipment after purchase and can authorize anyone they choose to work on it. We used our customer-centric focus on fostering these relationships, perfecting our concept, and continuing to serve our customers thirty-five years later, with Mark still working as President and CEO today.
